Nancy Osborne has taught in the same Title I elementary school in the Detroit Metro area for over 25 years.

Despite poverty rates in the 90% range, this school scores quite well on standardized tests and has been profiled on TV and Radio as a successful Innovative School, following the Accelerated Schools model, with a focus on Multiple Intelligences.

Nancy has a Masters in Curriculum Development from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Math from the University of Detroit.

Nancy has been developing curriculum for her large multi-cultural district for over 15 years, helping write the district's core curriculums for Math, Language Arts, Social Studies, and Science. She helped develop the district's text-less Spelling program, and their new developmentally appropriate report card.

Nancy's classroom is a beehive of activity with her students fully engaged in hands-on learning. Her students excel in creative and expository writing. They are a constant source of inspiration and delight.
